Unopened products qualify for a 30-day money back guarantee. Since everyone is different, we cannot guarantee results. Some manufacturers guarantee their products; we will be happy to assist with manufacturer returns.

If you need to return a product, please call the Mail Order Department at 808-735-5296 to obtain a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) number. When contacting the Mail Order Department, please have the following information available: customer name, invoice number, and the nature of the problem.

Returned products MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 30 DAYS of the shipping date. Products MUST BE RETURNED UNOPENED, COMPLETE, AND IN RESALABLE CONDITION. Products MUST BE ACCOMAPANIED by an RMA number. Products that do not meet these conditions WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMER. All shipping charges will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
